Cleaning my speaker covers
Cleaning my speaker covers
Well I'm getting down to details in my interior. Several of my less favorite passengers and auto mechanics have the habit of brushing their feet against the speaker covers when they get out of my car, so now they are slightly dingy and scuffed.
Whats a good effective method of cleaning them? I'd like to avoid having to pull them off the door. Anyone have any good techniques?
Thanks!

I've actually replaced them, bought some breatheable fabric and with the use of a glue gun installed it.
You may try using some gentle carpet/fabric cleaner stuff, but i doubt that will work because the stock fabric cover is very 'shall we say' fragile.
I've used my fav. color, matches my door sills and leds. Plus stands out as a speaker, maybe I will change it later to a very dark tan color.

I am interested in peoples experience with cleaning the speaker covers too.... I have been looking at mine and thinking I need to do something bu havent gotten around to it yet. I may try the cover replace if no one has good advice.
