exactly! you must apply 2-3 coats SYNTHETIC car wax to lens surface and buff well
that gets into the micro scratches and leaves a sealing protective coat behind
Without wax they will cloud again, fast
note synthetic car wax has 100 degree higher melt point than regular carnuba car wax
also works great to cut down on brake dust adhesion to rim
Wash and dry rims then apply 2-3 coats and buff
