highly doubt full it would do any harm, and if it did you probably would never notice that it had. its not like it would reduce HP by like 20

i did this on my 99 and i unplugged the rubber hose from the tb and some green fluid started to come out. So i plugged it back in and remove the other end, nest to the stock intake box and still had fluid come out. Well actually now thinking about it I did not try to stuff it with something to stop it. But anyways what is the fluid and should I refill it up?

i had the same green fluid=coolant come out of that hose. no topping up, nothing to worry about!
