CL Type S 6-speed in Autoweek
CL Type S 6-speed in Autoweek
Hope this hasn't already been posted. Slightly off-topic, except many of the things Acura has done to it are similar to what many of us have done: stiffer springs, shocks, thicker anti-roll bar in rear, etc. Looks like 6 spooke wheels but the poicture was of a running car so it may have been an artifact. AW claims Acura says it chops .5 secs of the 0-60. Not confirmed.

Just 15 percent of the 18,000 CLs coming to the States will be Type-S models equipped with the manual transmission,
And listening is why, for the first time since the CL Type-S was introduced in 1996, the car soon will be available with a close-ratio six-speed manual transmission.

not quite...
If you read it carefully, I think it was an Acura product planner saying that it was NSX-like, not C&D. So multiply that comment by .5 and you may have an accurate picture.
