A stock CLS would beat you even if you had AEM and Exhausts. You need headers to run with the CLS.

Even with the addition of headers it would be close if not dead even.

I haven't raced one yet, but would love to!

Just so happened to race one the other day at the street races in LA. I have just an AEM CAI. With an AEM cold air intake the CL-S will beat you by about a car's length( THE CAR CAN'T REALLY PULL ON YOU ). This inspired me to order a pulley kit from AEM which is on the way this week. I'd say with an AEM CAI + AEM PULLEY KIT and some good driving on your part and the CL-S should be no problem. ( I noticed the CL-S 0 - 30 MPH is much faster than the 3.2 TL that is why I lost the race... But with faster throttle response and a few horses if any you will at least be neck to neck with a stock CL-S.

2000 Emerald Green 3.2 TL
Wing West Typ W kit
Comptech springs
AEM Cold Air Intake/Bypass Valve
AEM PULLEYS (waiting to be installed)
Greddy Evo Dual Exhaust (waiting to be installed)
