CL MUFFLERS on 2000 TL-P

Hey,

Long time lurker....I came across a really good deal on some OEM CL-S mufflers, and was just wondering whether they are a direct bolt on from the axle-back for a 2000 TL-P? I know it's different from the cat, but i'm just wondering whether or not there will be fitment issues. I'm pretty sure that the CL-s mufflers are direct bolt on to a 6th gen accord V6....

If anyone has this done/has any media of this/knows if it can it done it would be awesome.

Thanks

Well considering the comptech mufflers are only about 3hp i highly doubt that the type-s mufflers are going to do any thing like that. Complete catback exhausts are under 8 hp and most that gain is in the piping, not the mufflers.

They would bolt up, but as mentioned, the tips might pose a problem. You could always swap the tips out though.

I'd save the money for a non-OEM exhaust

I thought about trying to use the CL-S tips to hold me over before I et my exhaust. Try it!
