On the 99's ONLY, the shift plate is actually chrome underneath the paint. Remove the shift plate, soak it in paint remover, and wipe off to reveal the beautiful chrome underneath.

This has been covered in great length and detail, so do a search for chrome shift plate and you will find more than you ever wanted to know about doing this mod. ONLY WORKS ON 99's!

The company will consider making this plate for our TL's if we show enough interest. Tommy, why don't you do what Bitium is doing with RES? That is, put up a poll and see how many would be interested in ordering this. Then, contact the company and tell them you have so many guaranteed orders as long as the product is good. I'm sure they will make a proto-type for us to try out...
