Hey guys,

I took the initiative, to research the Honda Acura Genuine PArt # 54710-SOK-A91 about three weeks ago, and finally recieved confirmation from West Chester Acura today.

the cost is $45.46, I ordered it today and Friday it should be in. I 'll let you know if it is a go. WHAT DO WE SAY WE GET THIS AS A PART TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE?

What is it that you ordered? The shift plate for a 99 TL or a 2002?

You do realize that the 99 will not fit on the 00/01/02 TL.

 

Definitely post pics. Would love to see if it adds to the interior. I might get it for that price!

Also, if you oredered one for a '00-'03 (thats right we get to start putting up'03), are you sure it's "Chrome". They come painted silver as you know. The chrome JDM version has an opposite shifter gate so that won't work.

Curious to see if you discovered a chrome shifter for a left hand drive '00-'03.

 

Doesn't exist. I tried to see if it could be purchased, Acura said they are all painted. Only the 99 has the chrome underneath. Guess they figured it was a useless production step, since they all get painted anyway.

 

You guys can always go with the chrome shift plate we're getting done over at the trim kit thread...
