chrome shift gate
how do you do this>>>>and what is the shift gate....the part that says d,4d5 ..... any pics????? please tell me i wanna do it.....ps...........i ordered my 6000Ks finally....in D2S..theyre gonna be bright as helllllllllllllllllll i cant wait to put em in...next on the agenda.....some h&rsssssssssssssssportsprings

Only on the 99 TL will you get the chrome shift gate. All you need to do is to pop it off and soak it in paint remover for like 30 minutes. Then just wipe it right off.
BTW, where in NJ do you live? I want to see the D2S bulbs in person cause I might be getting them later. Oh and what year is your TL? If it is a 02+ then forget it cause they don't have the diffuser. Let me know.

Why will it only work on a '99? Did they change the plate design after that? I have an '01 and want to do it after seeing Neil's done.
