Chrome on the inside ...

I was sittin' in my car waiting to pick up a friend yesterday and I thought about how cool the black interior of my TL-S would look if the fake black wood grain had been changed to chrome, like the door handles and automatic lock toggle switch.

That would mean the two pieces around the center console, the piece in each door, and possibly the rear cup holders, I think they are black plastic (some people have the fake wood there, don't think I do though) Oh, and the shift plate too ( I miss the chrome shift plate in the 99TL.

does anyone know someone who does chrome dipping in canada? I would assume it is fake chrome on the door handles but I'm not 100% sure.

so what do you guys think? could it be too much chrome in the cabin? do you think it might reflect the sun too much? possibility, I guess...

ANy ideas? suggestions?

Bro, I'm not too sure about chrome on the inside of the car. It kind of lends itself to looking more like cheap shiny plastic rather than a classy sophisticated look. I think if you want to put something metallic on the interior of your car, better to go with brushed metal, it looks more subdued and perhaps you won't have to worry as much about fingerprints and such.

brushed metal might be a better idea, since the chrome reflects light and the sun could end up blinding u when driving.
