Chirp noises
well this is beginning to piss me off. I close the door and my car makes a chirping noise while off. The car is on idle and it chirps as well. Same noise. I feel it coming from the passenger side. When on idle, I give it light gas and the chirping is uncontrollable. Yet driving it doesn't chirp as loud. Any clues?
:UPDATE:
chirping happens when on idle, and still sometimes when i close the door and the car is off. while driving at around 40-60 mph the chirp is at its loudest. When braking the chirping is also present. wanna make sure if its my belts or something suspension based. observation on suspension is even when driving over the white lines on the road my car thumps as if going over minuscule bumps. megan coilovers are relatively brand new and my rear ingall camber arms are new as well

If it's chirping when your idling and not moving then I can't see it being suspension related, although from what I understand worn out bushings on the control arms can cause chirping.

Have you tried removing one belt at a time ? I think you make another thread about this.
Do you have an aftermarket air horn installed ?
when the reservoir looses pressure it will make an electric pump go on, that pump is probably damaged. Thats about the only thing I can think of with the key off.

sorry for the late replies guys! and yea ive had other chirping noises. but this one now i noticed it after i hit a big manhole in downtown the other day. I been trying to observe the patterns as to when it happens. ive heard it do a quick chirp when the door is being closed. but i havent been able to replicate it. as for the location of the noise, not sure where its coming from but ive been told it can be heard from the outside. happens most when car is cruising at speeds of 40-60 mph. As for my horn, nope. no air horn, factory horn. Ill try and take a vid of the noise today and ill post it up asap!

Push down on the front suspension on both sides and see if it chirps. If it does then its likely something in your shocks. If not then check all your bushings and bj's for play.
