Nice TV, and nice house, too. At least you don't have to deal with the freaking winter...

Damn it's snowing like crazy out there in Toronto...

NBP,

Get the rims.

I have a HD Ready set that I got from my old job and besides the NFL playoffs and King of Queens, there is nothing worth while broadcast in HD, unless you like that Texas Ranger or whatever that Chuck Norris show is on Saturdays.

By the time more programming is in HD, the sets will be more attractively priced. However, 36 inch HD-ready Wega is a killer set!!

That is screamin for a component rack with a surround sound receiver and Replay TV.

If anything, I'm going for a Widescreen. Need rims first, though.

The picture quality of a tube TV is superior to a projection TV so if 36 is big enough for your room, go with the WEGA. Plus, Tivo or Replay are great! I don't think I could go back to life without Tivo.
