I bought mine from spoilerdepot for about $140 painted. THe only thing I didn't really like was the LED that came with it because it was very dim, not like the factory LED. For the torsion springs, I picked them up from the Acura dealer for $30. Installation is easy as long as you drill the holes on the trunk properly the first time.

I installed the OEM spoiler yesterday. Once you 'get over' the idea of drilling 5 holes in a perfectly good trunk lid, the hardest task is replacing the trunk springs. Some observations;
1. How people do this without the special spring tool is a mystery. You need the tool to both remove the original springs and to install the new ones.
2. When they indicate "Have an assistant hold the trunk lid open." they mean it. When that first spring comes out, the lid comes down. My wife wouldn't come out to assist. (imagine that, she wouldn't come outside when it was 20 degrees! ) So, I ended up using a 2" x 4" to support the trunk lid while the springs were out.
3. I replaced the springs and ran the harness first, then installed the spoiler.
4. If you have NAVI, don't be tempted to try and replace the springs without removing it.
5. You will need a wire and some string to pull the harness through the channel in the package shelf (particularly the last few inches to reach the opening where the harness drops out of the channel) and to pull the spoiler wire through the hole in the trunk lid.
6. Wax the bottom of the spoiler before installing it.
7. The instructions indicate removing the trunk lid liner. I only had to remove 3 of the clips. That's enough to pull the liner back to run the spoiler wire through the trunk lid and to run the harness up from the hinge.
8. Be careful handling the spoiler, it's longer than you think.
9. I did a test fit of the spoiler before I primed and painted the holes in case some of them needed fine tuning. They didn't.
10. The template supplied with the OEM spoiler makes drilling the third hole on the driver's side easy.

Thinking about purchasing a spoiler from the spoilerdepot (via Ebay) as well. Question for you, did you use the predimpled spots on the underside of the trunk, or did you follow the recommendation of spoilerdepot (which is to create a new set of dimpled spots on the top side of the trunk)? I realize that some aftermarket spoilers do not work well with Acura's predimpled spots, and that some do. I am looking for an aftermarket spoiler that does works with the existing predimpled spots. Thanks.

Order your spoiler from www.spoilerdepot.com There outta miami fl. I got mine from them and its great. Installed it myself and i made sure i put aircraft sealent around the wholes i drilled and then put the spoiler on to ensure no water getting in. LED light works perfect and ive never had any problems with it. Its an exact replica, i know that for sure. It was $224 shipped to my door. Would cost more for others sine shipping will kill you the farther away you live from the actual warehouse. I live in the south florida area so shipping wasnt that bad for me.

Yeah, it's actually a Honda Dealership who is selling through eBay.. On the invoice I received it had the Honda logo/dealership name info.. etc Too bad most of the parts they carry are for Hondas..not Acuras.
