cheapest place to get Comptech's icebox?

Q's about intakes....
Like most cars, I know that the intake is the first place to mod, so I've done some searches, and Comptech's IceBox is the best route to go...correct? I know about the fitment issues for the 99TL-P.
My only option that I'm considering is the AEM CAI.
what are your opinions?
and lastly, the cheapest place to get it...
