Changing Tail question

Okay did the search and read about installing the red/white tails for the orange ones. People said that it was easy and there was no need for instructions. I also saw people mention a 8mm bolt. Is that something new that I'd need? I was figuring what ever held the old lights in would be used for the new lights. Want to make sure I got the things I'll need since I won't have a car to go pick things up with while I'm working on mine.
Thanks

You just reuse the 8mm nuts from the old lights on the new ones. If you get aftermarket lights, just reuse everything from the old lights, they're a direct replacement. If you get OEM lights, you'll need new wiring harnesses because the turn signal bulb is different, or you can reuse the original harnesses but you may have to tape the bulb sockets to the lights to hold them in place.
