Changing Navi Start up Screen and Screen Saver

How can I change my Navigation start up screen and screen saver in my 03 CL?

i believe you cant hack the 2nd gen's navi only 2004+

What do you mean by 'do the DVD video thing'?

If you mean can you play DVDs on the NAVI screen, yes, this is possible with the right equipment. There are a number of DIYs here on AZ.
