At school some guy in a Camero wants to race me.....I'm like ok whatever...i'll race you. I talked to my friend who's into muscle cars and he said I might have a chance. Anybody here think I do too?

 

Depends on what kind of camaro it is

 

what year? what engine? and what do you have?

 

like they said it really depends. if its a V6 race him, i s#!t on V6 camaros all day.
if its SS or Z28 don't even think about it

 

The camero look old...maybe 70's.....there is a badge that says z something......but I'm still going to try.

Most likely youre gonna get burned... Have some fun tho. Represent the TL!!! Jus add some mods and you should keep up with him. Headers/ Intake will definetly add to your top end and you should pull 70 mph +! Those pullies help a lot too! I have the AEM TRU POWER pulleys and I raced someone with just intake and exhaust. I beat him by a car length all three times.

If you wanna hear something funny, I raced a Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon w/ light mods ( headers, intake, exhaust, rims, blowoff). The guy blew me off the line by 2 cars( AWD HEH!) Then I caught up to him head on and we took it to 95 and let off. Raced again it was a tie....


NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR V6, these little turbo four bangers(stock) cant even hang!

Anyone agree that stock exhaust is faster??? I dunno, I feel faster off the line. 2 3/4 inch piping you just lose too much bottom end. Single exhaust is a little bit faster but I dont feel right with just one exhaust :yack: gimme some feedback yall!
