Ceramic vs. Composite Brake Pads?

I was wondering what are the pro/cons of ceramics vs. composite brake pad. I currently have Rotra and Axxis Ultimates, and my pads need to be replaced. The Axxis Ultimates are kevlar..so I'm assumming they are composite? They are nosiey and very dusty.

I'm looking for pads that have good stopping power, not alot of dust or noise.

If you can afford to pony up a bit more money, I'd recommend you get the Endless pads like NA-M. Good stopping power with minimal brake dust or noise. My

I got Akebono Ceramic Pad from www.rockauto.com, I will never go back to semi-metallic again.
