Is there any online store that I can purchase this? This is the tray that's slides out above our Bose stock unit (non-navi).

There's gotta be a zillion of these to be had at junk yards across America. they will all be the same black color so you can search for one from 1999-2003. Try a few locally, otherwise hit the 'net as i think there are some junkyard search engines that scan for the part throughout yards across america.
Alternatively, some people have pulled the pocket out completely when they have upgraded their audio systems to double Din and had a custom faceplate made. In fact, you might want to ask streeteffectz if he happens to have any laying around on his shop bench from a previous install.
