CD Changer harness

Forgive me if this has been asked and answered already, but I am considering getting an Alpine CD changer, and I need to know if the wire harness is already present from the head unit to the trunk location.
Does anyone know for sure?
I just thought I would ask before I start dissassembling.

Thanks!

No its not....you will have to run the wire from the trunk to the back of the head unit....shouldn't take longer than 1-2 hours at most.

You should consider getting the Blitz adapter...it allows you to use the Alpine changers.
