Is this the case of the transmission problem?

TL 2003 95000km. (non type S)

I recently purchased it secondhand.

I seems to run fine but it looks like it's loosing acceleration between 60km/h to 100km/h.

Is it normal for TL?

What do you mean it doesnt have much highend power, thats what the TL has is high end power. It doesnt have much low end power.
60kmh to 100kmh that thing should be motoring Are you floored when its doing this?

Car seems to run a bit better now,(I floored it as you suggested and it goes ZOOM~!!)

I called Acura Canada today regarding the 100000miles warraty on tranny.

They told me I don't have such warranty on my VIN. ( I thought it was for all 99-03 TL!)
I must drive carefully from now on.

For those who thought this was a mid to high speed problem, note the writer stated speed in KPH so that's prob from 35 to 65 mph and his car has 60,000 miles on it...to those in the US
ATTN LeeGoon Take a look at other post regarding Seafoam engine cleaner or try Lucas or Redline or your favorite brand of fuel system cleaner. That will probably help as "flooring" your throttle is not the same as normal driving. Make sure the engine runs right, then think about the tranny. Good luck, keep us posted on your results
