My TL wouldn't start this A.M......it would turn over but wouldn't start. This is the 2nd time it's done this, both times when it's cold. I called someone I know at the dealer and he asked me if I have anything metallic on my keyring besides my keys. I said yes and he said with it cold the metallic objects interfere with the immobilzer.......I took it off and the car started right up....can you believe it?


I guess the alarm really does work....AMAZING something that works right on the TL besides the engine

Sure I believe it. It even says so in the manual
