Hello Everyone,
Within the last month my car appears to lean a lot when I make turns. I had to really slow down roughly to 20mph to really make any turn at any intersection. I checked the shocks or struts for leakage, but no sign of oil leak, trying to bounce the car but it appears to be okay. It is hard for me to determine since TL-S springs are very firm. Do you know if this is the problem with the front struts? Are these struts will be covered under warranty? Car has 48k right now. Let me know if you need more info to clarify the situation.

Thanks much.

do u expect to make a turn going 60mph?

if u want to go all crazy and stuff, get lower, and get swayed.

But with the original, with 48K something will get looser, plus it easily could be the tires.

good luck.

Hi,

Tires are brand new replaced, same as stock Michelin, with 35 psi air pressure.

My driving is very conservative, crazy only when needed. I don't expect the car to do more than its ability. But, it does not appear to hold corner properly as before, and I am just wondering if it is a sign of defective shocks/struts. How do we determine if the shocks/struts are bad?

I do slow down when making turns, but the car should not badly lean when going 20mph or less on a curvey road. even when getting on ramp or off ramp, you can feel it is losing balance and skidding. In fact, it is leaning on the right only when turning left; no leaning when turning right. Thanks for your input.

check your shock/spring again... if not check your sways.

problems could be your stock tires you bought.. they suck. but i dont they are the contributing factors in this problem since it onlyh happens when you turn left.

just get lowered, you will notice the improvement in handling right away.

Your struts are dead, face it (so are mine at 53K) - replace them and get lowering springs too (since its the same amount of labor to do either one).

THanks guys. I think struts are dead. I will get it lowered and swayed.
