Heys guys, I really have been thinking about getting the M5 spoiler for my AV6, but I'm unsure if it would fit on the car (length wise) I'm assuming it will, but before I order it would somebody please measure theirs so I can know for sure? lol I know it's a pain, but I knew somebody here would either know off the top of their head or be kind enough to measure. Another question, how much can you expect to pay to get that part painted? I get a great deal on BMW parts, so I'm thinking about the 745 sidemarkers and the M5 spoiler since I get them at cost for working at FS. Thanks in advance, and if anybody has some random pictures of either part on their car I would also appreciate that

The M5 Lip Spoiler is about 47" long and 1.5" wide

Yah hes right on... i just measured it on the M5, its 45 1/8 inches long and 1.5 wide.

Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it! Do you think it would look decent on my AV6? I can get it for $75, so I'm thinking about doing it. Can't imagine the painting would cost more than $50 at the most. Thanks again!

Those are RAcing Hart C5 Evolutions, nice choice btw...

To be honest, I think you're underestimating the cost of painting the spoiler. Even though it's not very large, prepping and painting it will likely run closer to $150. It's not as easy as slapping a layer of paint on. Can anyone else verify this?

YA ICANT VERIFY BUT I WAS THINKIN THE SAME THING,50'S A BIT LOW UNLESS YOU'VE GOT A HOOK-UP. BUT MAYBE YOU DO SINCE YOU GOT THE SPOILER FOR ONLY 75.
