Can anyone vouch for "acurapartspeople.com"

How did it go? Did you get your kit? How long did it take? Did you contact them through e-mail? I've seen the website passed aroudn but haven't really heard the feedback

oh, forgot to mention that they forgot to send the mounting hardware for the rear lip, but I called them up and they sent it w/o any fuss. I hear they jacked up the shipping prices tho. I think I only paid like 25 dollars in shipping. I hear its up in the hundreds now...

I got my kit from them. Got my kit in about two weeks too. They are acutally an acura dealer in Washington. They called me within a week to confirm colors. They were eating the shipping cost, I heard they jack the price of shipping too. I paid like 16 dollars for shipping.

Wow. $376.95 total for a SSM 01 kit. $16.95 shipping. Is this too good to be true?

It's come down a little I paid 399.95 plus shipping They had a problem with my information and didn't call me to say my card wouldn't work, but once I called them and found out what was up they sent it out pretty quick. I guess they assumed it was a bogus online order at first. Anyway, unbeatable price and genuine Acura parts..

It's 400 + shipping for certain colors. SSM is 600+

Stop looking at the piece by piece section. The whole kit is cheaper then buying it piece by piece.

Where the hell does it say $376.95 for the kit? Don't tell me you're looking at the piece by piece section.

I just ordered the Taffeta White kit for my '99. $499.95 including shipping ($100 for shipping:wow: ). Still an awesome price for a factory painted four piece kit. I havent got it yet but they told me two weeks. If I have any problems I'll post. By the way, you should call them instead of online ordering. Two of my local dealers told me there was only one lip left in my color at their "Vintage" warehouse (they were right) and you might be S.O.L. on your color. They can check and let you know before you give them and credit card info.

NHB matches pretty well with Flamenco Black. You probably won't tell the color difference if you bought the Flamenco kit. They only give discount on certain color kits.

I see that you have the Tafeta white. Would you know if Tafeta White will match w/ White Diamond Pearl?

No, WDP and TW does not match well at all. Heck even the WDP kit doesn't match the paint as well as other kits.

Nice pics hzm. I wasn't exactly sure what the front looked like and I havent seen any good pics of a T.White with the kit. Looks badass, cant wait till i get it, but they didnt have the rear lip in white so I had to get a green one and I need to get it painted. Will it look funny without the rear lip for a week or two. Its looks like you can barely see the lip.

My luck I guess I have to wait, $839.20+S/H. Still cheaper than others but it should come down in 6mo.

Well, after i placed my order, they emailed me a week later saying that they didn't have the sideskirts in Flamenco Black but they'll give me the dark blue colored ones..so i go ok....another week later they email me saying oh we dont have the front lip in flamenco black so i go fine give me the blue ones...and then another week later they go...oh the shipping isn't $16 but $180...WTF..nevermind might as well buy it elsewhere since the price of painting would add up to an already painted kit anyways. But that's just my experience. :o :o :o

Yup I can vouch for that!!

I dont know if you can tell, but in the first picture if you look closely, my body kit is a little brighter compared to the rest of the car. I mean, its not as noticeable in the pics as it is in person. But after a while u get use to it and now the car looks fine to me. You figure when u buy OEM Acura Parts, that this woulldnt be the case, but oh well. By the way HZM helped me out too and gave me the place to buy it from, which can not be mentioned here, but they have the cheapest price. I believe 832 shipped. Thanx man!

call 1888RAYLAKS. If you buy a kit from this site or OEM parts, it comes from Ray Laks anyways.
