Exclamation Caliper too close?

How close can the calipers be to the inside of the wheel? It's kinda makin me nervous. I just got new rotoras and I am pretty sure that Rotora wouldn't sell something they weren't sure would fit, but the front is still nerve rackingly close. I can't put a pinky between them!

Ummm you bought rotors. Not calipers. The calipers are still bolted in teh exact same spot. And for your info to sooth your mind, they are very close to the rim

They were. You didnt change the caliper. Thats the part thats closest to the rim. Thats in a fixed location. All you did was replace teh brake pads and rotor.

You bought new Rotora rotors and didn't at least get slotted ones? Why?

Us Type-Sers had to inherit the same size rotors as the TL-P folk. I wish Honda upsized them for 17" duty.

Thanks so much for the pics fsttyms1. I can sleep easy, or rather drift easy.

The distance between the caliper, and your rim spokes, and barrel should always be a fixed distance unless your rim is really bent, or isnt mounted correctly. A gap is all you need to clear them.
