Question CAI or Short Ram ???

I am in the market for an intake. Just wanted some input on which of the two works better and which of the two are the quietest at idle and cruising speeds. Thanks for the help.

Quiet and Intakes don't mix. Both the cai and sri don't make much sound at cruising. The sri makes a hissing sound that you can hear when you first start off the car. I bet the cai makes the same sound, but since the filter is all the way near the ground, you won't be able to hear it.

I believe the CAI is quieter, since it's all the way down there behind the bumper.

I think the CAI is better

Trust me the CAI hisses too, very annoying. The things we put up with to increase hp.

CAI sounds like a vaccuum when the car is cold.

If I didn't already have the AEM, I'd go for the new Weapon-R intakes with ram-air attachment and cold air box. best of both the SRI and CAI worlds.
