i have an Acura tl 99'. i want to get a cold air intake but i cant seem to find one specifically for the 99' model would a 00' cai work?

 

99 to 01 have the same intake

or go cheap like many do and remove intake resonator (same part removed for cai install)
on a 99, use dremel tool to cut the recessed parts out of fake fog light opening on driver side- allows more air into inner fenderwell- a great place to store fresh air,,with no element of flooding danger as cai has..and its free
Leave main part there- cut openings not remove unit, or you make a cat entrance (guess how I know)
K&N filter works better when the res box is removed
