body color B-Pillars..

quickk question for everyone

I'm getting my car painted and as the painter was walking around the car asking me what to paint what, I told him I wanted body color door handles and he asked about my b-pillars

He said there isn't an issue painting them black, but he could paint them body color if I wanted...

whaddya think?

P.s. I'm painting the car a Dark gunmetal green.

i personally would leave them black on my car as they match the rest of the black stripping around the windows to bring more contrast to the silver trim. but in the end its your car do what you think will look best!!!

I've seen a TL with body colored B-pillars before. It just didn't look right. It actually seemed to cheapen the look of the car.

Dude that's the whole point! dark grayish green is one of the few contrasting colors I can think of that would look like fire with orange rims...

I mean I know you're yanking my chain about how much I want orange rims but still haha it seems like the best color

I'd personally do flat black for the pillars.

I would leave them black too. Black with your color goes nice together.

Your color reminds me of AM. Looks kinda green in the daytime but a nice grey at night time.

yeah I'm definitely removing all the chrome, door handles and window trim.

black seems like the way to go. and since I have a black grill I guess it's a good idea haha

exactly! the problem with AM is that it really is a gray.

this color is a green that got frisky with a gray and you are right during the day is definitely has an army fatigues green, but no matter what you can always tell that there is some gray in there

my old car had them and I got fix it tickets every week. Just took it off cuz it wasn't worth it
