Anyone know what this can be? It just started a few day ago. When i start it up in the morning i hear a buzzing sound that lasts for about 10 seconds then goes away. Seem to be coming from under the dash.

Question: Is the 4speed in the 99 tl's the same tranny that came in the Legends?

 

yes i bought 02 tl-s and it also buzzes about half second everytime it starts

 

could be ur power steering pump ... just a guess ... if its juss a quick buzz i think its the ABS checkin itself

 

I was told it was the ABS solenoid

 

I think it might be the power steering, my car started doing the same thing and what i notice after 3 month or so my steering wheel got a little harder, i havent check it yet, but as for what friends tell me it might the pump.

 

My 02 tl-s makes the same buzzing noise twice everytime it starts

 

If its shortly after you start it for the first time in a few hrs its probably the abs self check. It should happen when you put it in gear. one at 7 mph and one at around 15mph

 

makes sense...my 02 tl-s does the exact same thing. i asked my buddy a mechanic (v-dub) he said oh its just a "honda".
