new cover- that plastic doesnt take bondo well and may need new styrofoam under the cover if its got a big dent
thats just my opinion based on the car looks well cared for and being modded, make the front nice- its the first thing you see, and get a ClearBra on it to protect from rocks

thanks for your inputs guys.
i've been looking into the new bumper... on ebay its going to be like 300 painted which i thought was kinda steep... right now looking for another option with hopefully comparable results. if not i will save up for that bumper... thanks for the comment!
what filler are you talking about jp? thanks!

its actually like a 2 part epoxy...comes in 2 tubes that you mix together,,spread it and sands like bondo..made for plastic and flexable surfaces..i used this many times for repairing many bumpers...3m makes it ... duramix is another brand,,many diffrent kinds..any autobody supply shop will have this product

it would work on our plastic bumpers too, but the issue is that it will take one hell of a hit though, for our bumpers to do that, let alone the other issues you might have with the frame and such getting bent, or a cracked radiater and such, etc., etc.

but if you had the tools and such it would be an easy fix though, area is reletively (sp?) flat, so not a whole lot of shaping would be needed to fix it
hmmm i would like to say going aftermarket exhaust youre always gonna get some kind of drone. ive been in a few different cars with high end exhausts/ fart cans... everything has drone. with the tsudo, if you're just cruising on the highway, i dont think the sound is unbearable. i dont have to turn my music up or anything. even my gf [whose very sensitive to noise] says its not too bad and she got use to it too.
the worst i think is after you've been driving awhile and then you go city driving. even time you need to accelerate it can get pretty loud. lol. but i still love it. except, sometimes my backseat passengers are

My younger brother did the same thing to my older brothers car with his trailer hitch...this is a simple fix...as long as no pcs are missing.... all you need is a heat gun and a large c-clamp to straighten it out...
heat it up as much as possible with out actually liquifying(sp?) the plastic...gently push on the inside of the bumper with something that is wider than the damage to pop the pushed in plastic back to its original place... heat it up again then tighten a pc of wood wrapped in wax paper against both sides with the c-clamp.... wait 30 mins for it to cool and cure... fill crack lines with flexible plastic bondo...sand it down and you are ready for paint
when we were finished...my older brother never even noticed that there was any damage and we didn't tell him until after he hit a deer and had to have the front end replaced anyway.. he was surprised to look at the inside of the bumper and see where we had fixed
