If I'm not mistaken someone posted a thread about this already. Do a search to find out for sure. They did it by putting a yellow film on the outside of the fog light housing and an HID kit was used. Pics were posted too. It really looks bright.

The rest of the pics including the install pictures can be found at www.acurainspired.com at the Projects forum. And for the album, http://www.acurainspired.com/gallery...umName=albuo22
Go to the D2R HID foglight album. Notice that I have the D2R system because it was too late (already bought the ballast with D2 connectors that I planned on using with my old pair of D2R bulbs)when I realized that the D2R bulbs won't fit into the 9006 socket so I had to do some extra work. If you are going to buy a HID kit and not do the extra work, I suggest you don't get the 6000K if you want to go with the yellow look. Go between 4100K-4300K.
Oh and they look a lot better than just the halogen bulbs with the film, just ask Jay (as in JayPolosTLS)

Well, I'm heading out to this VW/Audi shop in Surrey this friday to pick up a set of Osram All-Season H3's for my G2 integra. I'll see if they have any of those bulbs.
