Go to tire rack.com and look them up, they had testimonials and ratings. It has a tread wear of 300. Unbeliveable for a preformance tire. I got through a friend of my brothers who owns a speed shop on the west coast. The tires are awesome, I couldn't believe the difference in handling with just tires!

730's are a great value. The Paradas look awesome. But you'll probably never appreciate the full performance of the Yokohama with a car like the TL. You'll just be angry they wear out so fast!

Question Bridgestone vs Yokohama

I am in the market for buying some tires for my 18's. I was looking at the Paradas, because I have had them once before. I then noticed the Bridgestone RE730's. Does anyone out there own the 730's? I want to try and go with a tire that has at-least a 280 tread wear.

I have the Potenza RE730s on my Legend Coupes stock 16" rims in the size of 225/50/16. Among the best tires I ever used. I have had Pirelli P700Z, Toyo Proxes T1 plus, BF Goodrich Comp TA ZR, those crappy Nitto NT450s. It feels like the RE730 has as much grip in dry as my Toyo T1 plus, and BF Goodrich Comp TA ZRs, but they lasy much longer. I've only has them for about 6 month, and 10,000 miles, so I can't say how they are in the rain when it gets old, but so far, I have had no problems in the rain, and it feels very solid. Because of this, I just ordered another set of RE730s for my 17" rims in the 225/45/17 size. I can't wait to get them on.

I haven't heard anything good about the PZeros..... but I can vouch for the AVS, not a bad tire, but it's been a long time since I drove on them.

Yeah, the AVS Intermediates that I got to ride around in (same car as mine with them on it), they were noisy, but seemed to hug better than the stocks.... I'd go with the Bridgestones, I've heard great things about them, the 730's and the S-02s, but the S-02's have only a very few sizes.
