I am pretty sure you will need a 18 inch wheel to clear it.

yup, you need 18" wheels to clear it. the smaller one should clear wtih a 5mm spacer.

there are 2 kits. one is larger than the other one. 1 of them requires a 5mm spacer between the wheel and the rotor for clearance, the other requires a larger wheel. some 17's wont clear the smaller of the 2 also.

a spacer pushes the wheel out therefore giving more clearance for the larger size of the calipers. if you were to get it with the tsx wheels, you would need like a 5mm spacer. you will be fine and not rub though since the tsx wheels are +55 offset and the 5mm spacer will make it a +50 offset which is still a perfect fit.

ok read carefully:

for the regular brembo bbk (the smaller one) you can use 17" wheels but you will need a spacer... most likely 5mm spacers. the spacers will push the wheel out to give more clearance for the bigger calipers.

for the larger brembo bbk you will need a minimum of 18" wheels.

I bought the Rotora BBK and am hoping they will fit under my 17" rims off a 3rd Gen. Eclipse. Since they're just crappy Mitsu. factory rims, I won't be heartbroken of they don't fit, but I can't even test them since I can't get the f**king stock rotors off the car to test the fit. I hammered the little screws with an impact wrench until I destroyed one of the bits and got nowhere... I'll try PB Blaster to loosen them up, but I'd really like to know if I need to go rim shopping in order to fit these brakes....
