if i was to get some brembos and some stainless lines will it make an noise?

i got a aem rotor kit and pads and stainless lines, and well after everytime i would brake the brakes made a zzzzzzzzz noise. everytime i braked for as long as i had my foot on the brake pedal. is this a common noise from brake upgrades?

 

the system is great i know a kid at my school with a tricked out ss and he loves the system, the only problem is the price, for 2500 instaled i think i would save more money and go with something more practical. ie rims, supercharger

 

that "zzzzzzzzzz" sound is normal. i get that w/ my brembos
