Brake help and question

hey before i got my brakes replaced my front rotors were warped. when they were warped and i braked they would make a semi loud grinding noise every half sec while braking and driving. so i replaced my front rotors with powerslot rotors and hawk pads. that noise went away since until recently. that noise has come back again but a little louder than when i had warped rotors. and when i make a full turn while hitting the brake or rolling it makes the sound even louder. iv had my new rotors and pads for 3-4 months. my new rotors arent warped since i dont feel any shaking in the steering wheel or brake. what could be the problem?? i could drive fine until like 15 minutes with no grinding and then it make the noise.
the noise is annoying please help

thanks in advance
mike

Is it a metal grinding noise or maybe like your fenderliner hitting the wheel or something under braking?

Have you taken the wheel off to see if you can locate anything that has been rubbing/rubbed?

So it only happens once you have been driving for a few min (like it needs to warm up?)
