Just bought a '99 TL...traded in a '00 V6 Jetta, happier than hell about the trade. Lookin to hook it up. Does nebody know of ne other body kits for the TL besides the one by Wings West? Looking for a body kit that's a lil more aggressive than the one they offer.

Out of curiosity, why did you trade in your 00 Jetta for a 99 TL? Whatever your reason, you made a wise choice.

Now back to your question. There are a few bodykits out there for our TL. You did mentioned the WW. There are also the OEM (factory), Mugen, and Value.

The OEM is the only one that comes painted to match your TL. The Value kit is the most expensive but looks really good. Tim (Snook) here sells the WW and Mugen in the "parts" section. Take a look in the gallery for the different bodykits on the TL.

BTW, I am buying the OEM bodykit soon.

Blackshadow, that Jetta was my dream car, soon to turn into my nightmare. Within 3 months the tranny had to be replaced and it additionally had a whole lotta electrical problems (the car was at the dealership at least once every month) I didn't buy a Jetta to be driving a rental Cavalier !! I believed I got a lemon and VW customer service was being sum female dogs about everything. So one day I got fed up, drove to the Acura dealership and and fell in luv wit my baybe Took it home the same day! So thats my story, at least it has a happy ending.

I know I'll probably have a lot more questions and I'm glad I found yall...

...And why is it so hard to believe therez a layde on board now?

 

How old are you? Are you getting any mods on your TL. Enjoy this car, it is the BEST!!
