In case I trade my TL in, what would you guys buy? Please don't say TL-S...

I don't think it will happen any time soon, but I want NAVI so bad.

I say 330 Coupe or S4.

Alex, call me in the morning.

For about fifty, I might get the GS430. I like that commercial where it clowns the 540 too.

I'd rather get an M3 for that price. Covertibles are nice but I prefer hardtops in case I flip over. I'm not saying I'm a bad driver... but hey, you never know.

Why would you trade your TL in for a lower model BMW than what your wife has????? Get something better like M5! I KNOW you can afford it.

If you really want a covertible around that price of 330 conv., I would get a Boxster S.

THe S4 is no sleeper> That car when it is seen, will demolish most cars on the road. Only problem is that the car is almost 50 grand just like the M3 or the clk430 and GS430. HTe cars that it can beat, like ours, posssibly, it should, for 15 grand more.
WHAtever, I would rathe have my cl-s/

the 330 is not in the same class as the 540 so they cannot be compared side to side. IMO, the 330 is an excellent car. My friend has a 328 manual and I drove it. Very fast and handles great with 18 inch rims and So2s. My other friend has a 330, I guess there's no major differences except the engine. The 330's performance is almost the same as the e36 m3. Getting swaybars, springs, and tires will definitely make it handle better than an e36 m3 stock. they look great as well and are priced fairly well.

Actually, the car MSRP for $41,100 US with Premium, Cold and Convience package and can be bought at that price (in my area that is). And, with the untrained eye, it is definately a sleeper, very little differences than an A4. (badges, wheels and small frontal facia differences)

Rice, your right, 540 cant be compared with the 330, but I was just adding the 540 to make that "his and hers" comment.

AC, Before i bought my TL i had actually ordered a bmw 330. The dealer screwed me on the price and that why i didnt take it but here what it was:
330i (sedan) blk/blk, 5sp, sport package, harmon kardon sound system, heated seats, etc.
Dont get me wrong i love my TL but.......every once in a while i think about that car.

If you really want a convertible:

Keep your TL, and buy a Miata to keep it company!
