Too bad you have to part with your super modded TL. I think I'm speaking for everyone when I say that we loved how you mod'ed your ride. It is awesome.

I would really love to buy it off of you but the problem is that we already got a TL. I'll ask around for you though... because I do know a couple of ppl considering buying a TL. I'm not sure if they are interested in paying so much $$ even with all that mods.

If I were you and if money is of no concern, I'd just keep the TL and get another MDX to mod on. Once again, we'll be very sad to see you go. Peace.

Hey StreetsEffectz,
Sorry to see you want to part with your TL. IT IS ONE BAD-ASS TL!!! Always get me excited when I see new pics of the mods on the car!
I'm sure you'll find a buyer for it. You should consider putting in ad in the DuPont Registry http://www2.dupontregistry.com/search/srautoindex.asp magazine! Probably have a good chance there! Plus, your TL belongs in there!

Thanks Socal! Don't worry, I will post plenty of pics of the MDX if I end up getting it (gotta sell the TL first). And it's not that I WANT to part with the TL, just like the MDX. I love my car! Thanks for the link to DuPont Registry, we were looking for it. Thanks for the compliment too, I appreciate that!

Damn, sorry to hear you want to get rid of that beautiful piece of machinery, but hey there is nothing wrong with the MDX. Good luck on selling your TL. I would love to be pimpin in your ride but 38 Gs is a bit out of my range.

Well, Ron, I'd be interested in the rims if your willing to part. No shipping charge or anything , maybe the front lights or inspire. So if you ever want to sell the rims, inspire, or swap out the headlights let me know

its sad to see such a car apparting from us... but hey, its just gonna get better with the MDX rite? i'll b waitin 2 c wut ur gonna do with that car... hehe
anywaz, are u going 2 think about selling some parts? cuz i'm sure there's lots of things in ur car that a lot of ppl want.
if u do, i got reserves on the strobe light kit. I would also like the wings west kit, but i figured the shipping to Canada, and after going through the custom tax, i'll probably end up paying more than brand new ones.

don't get me wrong, the car is phat as hell. but i know damn well it would be a tight vote in competitions. the reason i haven't gone to any is i want my car to be the way I want it. to most ppl my car would be fine to take plenty of 1st place trophies, and could have already. When my car is done enough for my liking it will be entered. Realistically how many tl's you seen in a comp anyway.. not many. Ron was just one to hook it up in a timely manner then all the rest. in the next year you will see more tl's entered.

And if your wondering, yea i do take offense to saying he has no comp. b/c he went all the way to nopi to have no comp when he probably has more ppl to contend with in the tri state area and specifically NJ.

Throw up that plasma flat screen on top of the ceiling of the MDX, and you can lie back and watch some widescreen DVD's.

Ron, I'll buy your inspire tails also, if you are really selling the car. So that's what happened Saturday, you were at dealerships looking at MDX's. You should have told me. IM or email me.

No, I wasn't looking at MDX's on Saturday, I was doing a remote start/power door lock combo (had to add power locks to a four door car). And you part won't be in until tomorrow, maybe later today hoperfully)! Anyway, just page me...I tried to call you, but no luck. Talk to you soon!

!!!

I can't believe this is happening... I wish I could buy the car off of you... but I have to wait till next year for my TL... damn! I was gonna mod mine after yours... well not identical, but the interior stuff you did was awesome. Hope you don't mind when I show up at your door in the future with my TL(S) to glean you for your technical know-how.

But why the MDX? I drive a QX4 right now, and can't wait till next year when I can get behind the wheel of a TL hopefully S. Probably the only thing I'll miss is the ride height. Anyway, I thought the SUV craze was subsiding... but the MDX is cool... my friend trading in his decked out Montero Sport for one. Good luck with parting with the car. I hope it goes in one piece. I'd hate to see all that work and pampering go to waste.

Not sure what color we will be getting, Melissa really likes the silver. We would get the touring w/nav for sure. There is like a 3 month waiting period too. At least there is in NJ.

No problem with installations. I'm not going anywhere. Whatever you need. Sorry I missed you at the air field. We could always get together sometime (take the women to dinner or something).

Why don't you put it up on EBAY and set a floor at 35,500 or something in that range. I'm sure you will get close if not more than what you want for it.

Yea... ill drop you a message next time im headin down that way.

As for the MDX wait... its about 3 months up here too. Their estimating late January.

NJ/NY all have the same wait periods since the dealers swap cars on a regular basis. Shipping cost interstate and across the NJ/NY line are cheap...

My CL-S was a swap between Northeast Acura and some dealer in Jersey.
