$35,725 fully-loaded Infinity G35 260hp with a retractable navi system. What do you guys think of this car?

 

What type of car is that? It kinda looks liek a Toyota.

Personally, I don't like the looks. From the picture, it does look like a Toyota Camry.

i really dont like the looks of that car at all. i can only hope that it is not photogenic. on the same note have any of you seen the new 7 series in person? what do you think? i think the interior is sweet but the exterior looks like each quarter panel was given to a different person and they put them all together.

Whats up with Nissan and Infiniti's styling?

 

I think Nissan/Infiniti are trying a little too hard to restyle their cars to regain the markets they lost. I don't like the looks of that car at all.

 

Unless the 03 TL is something stunning I am going to make the switch to the G35 when my lease is up. I just hope that I can get a good deal on it.

Wait for the GTR version of the SkyLine (G35) not sure about how true it is. I don't know what the heck is Renault thinking, changing the almighty R34 becomes this piece of junk. Once you see the interior, you don't want to buy the car.

 

I personally think that their styles Nissan's style really started to change when they merged with Renault.

Renault GTR LOL. That would be somthing. Renault makes some ugly cars. CKAcura, don't believe everything you read. The Infiniti brand is just as reliable if not more reliable than Acura. Go look at Consumer Reports and JD Power to verify. The G35 is more of a sports sedan market. Nissan really went wild trying to out-do everybody but the consumer benefits the most

I say take a test drive and see what you like better. I personally think the Infiniti has better materials inside than Acura but I'd take the TLS over the I35 anyday. There is an article in Autoweek that previews the G35 and from what I read, it's handling is awesome but a test drive will either verify or negate that.

 

Do they have the 5speed tranny by, now?

I hate the fact that they still use 4 speed auto tranny on Maxima, Altima...etc

 

Yes. RWD, 5 speed auto tranny with the 6 speed in the pipeline.

 

The G35 has a 5 speed tranny and a 6 speed manual coming out in 6 months to a year. The G35 is basically a detuned Z car with 4 doors. Same exact chassis, with a bit less sport suspension than a Z. Take a look at Autoweek and it has an article on it (it is also on the cover). They said the handling is amazing.

I'm pretty excited about the car so I'm gonna stay tuned. I just hope the test drives go well. If it doesn't, a TLS might be better

 

the g35 sounds pretty nice, but it looks like the new caddy cts.
Both of which, imo, r ugly as fuk.
