Best way to trim bumper tab?

Knife? Dremel?

The joint where the bumper part meets the fender part is very thick and extends upward into the wheel well. Should it be trimmed all the way up?

Thanks!

I used a dremel, took me like 10 minutes to do both sides. Just be smart and a little careful and go slow...

Cool, how high did you trim back the joint part. Do you know what I'm talking about?
