Best way to remove dents

I own this car for over 13 years now and over the time I accrued lot of dents and scratches (irony is that from day 1, I park my car VERY carefully - still got lot of dents, some of them are really bad). Some time I feel that the sheet metal quality is inferior.

Is there any inexpensive way of getting rid of dents? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you can remove whatever panels are in front of it you can punch it out with a towel on your hand. I've done that already on a friends car.

Depending upon the nature of the dents and dings, they can be difficult to remove....particularly the smaller ones with sharp creased indents or a ding from another vehicle's door. Show us some pics, maybe the larger ones will be the easier ones to fix.

Unfortunately all of them are small ones except one, which is the worst (a 10 inch vertical dent, probably from a old car/truck door).
