Best way to mount 2002 front plate lower?

Best way to mount 2002 front plate lower?

What's the best way to mount the front plate lower? When I flipped the bracket upside down, it was angled away from the car and I was afraid it would catch the wind.

Hmmm . . . when I flipped mine, it fit flush and absolutely vertical. I ended up securing it with some zip ties, only because I didn't have any longer bolts handy. But I plan to cure that, when I ever get around to it. The zip ties are still plenty secure for now, though.
