I use a lambswool duster I got from New Zealand. It works pretty well. You can also buy mini dash-sized versions of the "California Car Duster" sweepers that are meant for cleaning the outside of the car.
Armor All or some other kind of protectant on the dash will help in keeping it clean too.

i use my leaf blower! lol... dude, nsxnext just gave you the perfect formula. swiffer wipes on the interior, they work great! and zaino 6, applied like he said! done...kman156

California car duster works great for me. Picks up all dust on exterior. Keeps it like it was just washed and waxed. I clean glass after that and then tires swipes with tire gel and the cat looks just detailed. I do this every night after I wash it to keep it perfect until it looks like rain or does rain again. Only takes 10 minutes and then I put it in the garage and the next day it looks great for the ride to work.
