On my way back S. Jersey doing about 70mph on the middle lane, some black car decides to put on his high beams at me when the left lane is all open. So I gave him the courtesy and went on to my right lane to let him go through. The guy follows me to the right lane still with the high beams. I then put on my hazard lights on and punched it to about 90mph he does the same. The toll plaza is coming up and i decide to go away from this guy. The guy finally comes up to me and gives me a look like his car is so fast and better. So he waits for me to pay the toll and turns on his hazard lights,further down the road, I pull up next to him and roll my window down, the guy says come on lets do this. Ok then he didnt have to ask me twice i punched it and all i seen after thatwas a pair of head lights getting smaller iwas doing about 120 mph when my car lost some power, but i left this guy like 4 cars in back of me ... all he seen was Acura 3.2TL type S and my dual exhaust. I slow down and this dude has the nervous to tell me that i must have some serious work under my hood cause he killz acura's on the regular.... i told him not this TL baby ...... Acura all the way ... TYPE S CTS

He must have seen those stupid things on the Superbowl ads running around a racetrack and lonely rural highway. I first killed a CTS trying to get away from it so I wouldn't vomit. The CTS and the Lincoln LS are favorite kills, though at least I don't mind looking at the Lincoln!

good kill...Me and CTS got pulled over for racing...but right when both of us slowdown...the cops caught us...getting ready to go at it again...He let us both go because he had somewhere to run off too...Yeah, probably to the local Shipley's Donuts! hahaha Oh well...never really raced one...this one incident here we were just pretty much both just speeding and not really much racing...yeah our luck we get pulled over on New Years' Eve :diablotin :cop: :argue:

 

well when i drove that CTS, i cant say anything that was really that great bout the car performance wise. it was slower than the TL (premium or S), handled poorly, braking wasnt that great.... so i dont know where that guy is getting his KILLS from

 

nice kill 2fasttl . . . do some performance mods to your ride and go faster and surprised the hell of future fools that try to test the power of a TL....

 

maybe the guy day dreams of killing tl's while hes driving his slow ass cts.

 

IMHO, CTS is one of those Good From Far Far From Good type of cars. It looks nice, w/ stealth bomber like panels, but the car just doesn't cut it for me.

 

the cts originally came out to compete w the M3....humm not even close cant compete w r car...r is faster nicer looking and better priced

CTS V will be produced in the coming years with the LS6 v8 engine and is supposed to compete with the M3 (per Caddy's Lutz). This car will totally spank us!
