ok so i cleared and painted my lights and next day i had condensation in my headlights and i took it apart again and got rid of the condensation and cleaned it up and noticed my ballast looks kinda funky inside... has some weird brown stuff inside the connectors is this normal.. is it supposed to be like that?

 

clean that off and apply `connector grease` $1 packet at parts stores to protect it in the future

 

I'll do that on my day off it won't cause any harm for couple days will it?

 

Do it as soon as you can before the condensation leaks down to the ballast.

But then again that is the side plug....
