So I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. I want to back up the files on my hard drive based navigation unit just in case it dies on me, but the size of the drive is unusual by today's standards. It's just a PMCIA drive, but it's so big, you need a double thickness port to take it (which is hard to find on today's laptops). Has anyone done this? Is there an adapter you can get? Am I making sense?
