Hi guys.... ever since I drove in my uncle's LS430.... i've been wanting to do this mod... but never got around to do it so hopefully with ur help, i might finally be able to start it after some opinions and ideas...

on the LS430 (lexus flagship) has rear massagers that are controlled by the rear armrest ... its crazy...

there are more expensive ones but still deciding....

i want to buy 2 of these and put it between the leather and the foam from the backseat and move the controls to the rear armrest and custom fit it in there.... with wires and everything.. this mod shouldn't cost anything more then 150$ ..

also ... it provides "heating" which i'm not to concerned off, might even turn it off if the rear seats have problems with it....

and since rear seat is in 2 parts... i'll be custom making a hole in the bottom rear seat cushion as well so the massagers kick in well...

ANOTHER METHOD (this i call the ghetto method) is...

put the massaging seats on TOP of the seat and just buy a rear seat COVER that covers the entire seat so the massagers are not visible...... this is ok for non-leather i guess but putting a seat cover over leather seats seems ghetto....

that seems pretty cool i wouldnt even think about doing the ghetto thing but if you do it the right way it should be a nice mod specially if you are not going to go over 150$

this is interesting i might have to keep my eyes on this. so why dont you just put 2 more for the front seats?

well .. i understand many don't really care about the rear seats but i mean it is a sedan and there is always the CL for the ppl who don't care about the rearseat passengers but thats cool....


for the ones that do care.. such as myself considering i'm usually riding along with 3 other ppl in the car... the massagers should add a great effect... plus i sometimes let my friends drive the car when i'm sick of driving or feel liek drin*** in the back :P shuu.. so it'll be niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....

and ya.. for around 150$ and most likely less... this would be a good bang for the buck.

and it states that it heats up in less then 60 seconds.. which is better then our seat heaters!!

good question... but due to the airbag/seat heaters built in and the occupancy sensor.... i don't think i will be able too.. PLUS its kinda dangerous for the driver incase it does something to cause a cramp lol.. or make him twitch while driving...

it would be nice to have it set so the massager goes on only if the car is @ PARK... but the other obstacles mentioned above are there...

can't wait.. i'm waitin til fri so buy this.. the first time i lookd at it.. they were around 100$ .. im glad to see a much cheaper version for around 60$.. btw, this is CDN DOLLARS guys... so maybe around 50$ USD ...

ya eh... ppl complain saying stuff ilke that.... its funny... but i rarely sit in the back when my system is pumping rite... and one day i say back there.. and damn... i swear.. i felt like my heart was popping out....

crazy still.... nice car.. i'm still waiting til tomorrow to put the kit on.. can't wait!!! ahhhh speaking of that. i gotta meet up with VOLLY so i can get my black side skirts and give him his gold side skirts....

hey inspireTl... don't really need a lot of patience.. and perhaps half a day at max.. to do it... just walk down to like walmart or something.. get 2 of these.. 100$ USD.. for both .... then come home... take ur rearseat out... shove this shit in between the yellow foam and the leather .. reinstall the rearseats..... wire the 2 massagers to a 12V splitter that goes to ur cigarette lighter (ghetto way) or actually wire the shit properly to ur fusebox so they are on whenever ur accessories are on..... viola...

only main part would be puttin the controls into the rear armrest which would be a lil cutting but thats about it....

i'll keep u guys updated.. i currently ordered the N95... that phone threw me back 1200$ so ya.... budget delay ..

My uncle has has an Ls 430. He did not get the back seat thing where they message you but let me tell you that is one nice car. I mean it redefines smooth and its nearly impossible to tell that its even on. I mean I noticed during regular accleratering that the car doesnt even have to go past 2k to keep up with regular traffic. Its a beautiful car.

How about a nice massage in the front seat while you're sitting in traffic stressing out. hahahahaha. Vibrating seats is one thing... getting the kneading and chopping effects to work and not mess up the leather would be awesome!

Why would you put a mod on ur car that u cant enjoy? I dont really ever have anyone in my backseat and i NEVER let anyone drive my TL. ever.
