Which Axxis brake pad is better ? I believe one is ceramic and one is semi-metalic.

High performance brake pads usually mean no braking power until fully heated up. Do they need to be warmed up for maximum braking power ?

really only race compund pads need to be warm to be effective. like the red stuff and black stuff like heat to work but they will tear up rotors if they arent being beat on. green stuff is about the best of all worlds. they take heat really well long lfe and low dust. as far as the axxisi think the ultimate is better, i dont care for the metal master, it doesnt like heat and you get a spungy pedal fas twhen beating on them
