I have a paint dilemma. Someone backed up into my car in the winter and messed up the bumper. I took it to the dealer body shop to get it repaired. Recently, I've had the chance to spend the whole day to detail my car and I notice that my bumper appears "dirty" in the vicinity of the damage. It looks horrible. What should I do to get this fixed? What are my options?

I would take it back to the shop and have them take a look. I am not really sure what "dirty" means since I can't see how it looks, I can't really tell whether it's paint defect or not. Most of shop will cover under warranty if it's color fade, orange peels, etc. Since it's not been too long ago, I would recommend you to take it back to the shop and have them do something about it, at least. You have nothing to lose.
Good luck and sorry I can't be more helpfull than this, Erwen.
Let me know how it turns out.
